Delivery
We aim to ship goods within 1-3 days, although we may wait on stock arriving before despatching a full order. Prints may take an additional 2-3 days although we may carry some stock.
I use Royal Mail for all deliveries. Prints and Cards will be sent 2nd Class as standard. All Custom orders and Original artworks will be sent using the Royal Mail next day, signed for Special Delivery service.
The P&P charges cover packaging and cost of postage.
Cards are now delivered Free of Charge.

For total cost of other items up to £30, delivery is £3.50
For total cost of other items up to £50, delivery is £5.00
For total cost of other items up to £80, delivery is £7.75
Anything over £80, delivery is £10.00
Please ensure that the delivery details you provide will have someone available to accept a 'signed for' delivery or your order will go to the postal collection office for you to collect. If you do not collect the package , it will be returned to me. Any further attempts to deliver the item will be chargeable.
At the moment the website allows for shipping in the UK only, please contact us if you would like to purchase from abroad, and we can obtain a quotation for shipping overseas.
RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of ready made goods, you can return it (the purchase) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement, exchange or full refund (less shipping). Please email me with your order details and describe the issues with the order.
All returned items must be in unused, immaculate condition and have all the original packaging. Failure to meet these criteria will result in the return being declined.
Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
We will inform you of any additional transaction charges beforehand.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility .
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser and made in the same form as the original payment.
When a refund has been processed, usually within 14 days, an email confirming the transaction will be sent.
Custom and Personalised Orders cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they are damaged on receipt.
