QUARTERING

Part of the 'Summer of '24' range, inspired by my many dog walks in the West Oxfordshire and Cotswold countryside. This collection depicts this glorious region during my favourite season. Late Spring/ early summer for me is the perfect time, when everything is so lush and green, blooms are emerging in pretty pastels and wildlife is just going crazy!

A hilltop cottage in a summers evening. A meadow full of bluebells and wildflowers. Owls scoping,  otherwise known as 'quartering', meticulously scanning the ground as they hunt for prey. 

'Quartering' comes ready framed in a white painted wooden float frame. 

It is painted on a 30 x 30cms canvas, and painted in professional quality acrylic paint. It is finished off with a light mist of matt varnish for protection. Original signed by the artist.
